I am a dedicated music educator, and have experience teaching young children to adults, beginner to very advanced. I tailor my lessons to each student's specific needs, but always put importance on the fundamentals such as proper technique, understanding of music theory, and playing musically. I teach at Miss Porter's School in Farmington, CT and the Hartt School of Music, University of Hartford. I am also a music parent, and both of my young children are becoming accomplished young musicians.
